Later this afternoon I made a korean radish kimchi. It’s my first time to make a kimchi because I’m afraid I might just spoil it and with this you don’t need to add any rice flour. I usually buy home made cabbage and garlic stems kimchi in Seoul Seoul Japanese Korean Market in Casa Susana, Alabang.
